Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate (Proactive)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the MICE and corporate segments for our Dubai hotel. You will lead business development initiatives, nurture key accounts and collaborate with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for MICE and corporate segments.
• Identify, prospect and secure new corporate accounts, event organizers and travel management companies.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximise room nights, meetings and events.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations and site inspections.
• Prepare competitive proposals, quotations and negotiated rates.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Events, Banquets and Front Office for smooth execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, including 1–2 years handling MICE and/or corporate accounts.
• Previous experience in the Dubai/UAE hospitality market.
• Established network of corporate clients and event planners in the UAE.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and achieve revenue targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales systems.
