Sales Manager - Payment Solutions

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Sales Manager in Dubai within the technology sector. The role covers lead generation, business planning and sales target achievement, and acts as the main point of contact for payment integration solutions such as POS, kiosk, vending and retail payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market potential through customer engagement and generate leads, using past relationships and references
• Develop detailed sales business plans, review expenses and ensure sales targets are met on time while expanding the customer base in the UAE
• Create effective sales proposals and increase brand visibility among targeted demographics
• Work with the marketing team on specialised campaigns and develop product opportunity studies, business cases and strategies for new or enhanced products
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on POS, kiosk, vending and retail payment integration
• Analyse and run pilots and proof of concepts, and help launch new payment and cash automation initiatives
• Advise customers proactively with technical recommendations and best practices

Required profile

• Any UG/PG degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Proven track record of developing sales plans and hitting targets
