Sales Manager Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

About the role

AMMT is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation business unit in the UAE. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence and managing key partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the physiotherapy and rehabilitation product portfolio.
• Develop, manage and expand partnerships with international manufacturers and suppliers of equipment.
• Lead, motivate and manage a sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Create and execute strategic business plans to increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with physiotherapy centres, rehabilitation hospitals, clinics, sports‑medicine facilities and key decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, tender participation, negotiations and deal closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Analyse sales performance and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and high‑level customer service.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience as a Sales Manager in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market with an established network of physiotherapy centres, rehabilitation hospitals and related healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
