Sales & Marketing Creative Lead

About the role

Privilee offers access to a portfolio of five-star resorts, pools and beaches, open gyms and boutique fitness studios across the Middle East and Asia. It is looking for a hands-on Creative Lead who lives lifestyle, wellness and culture, and who can direct the visual direction of projects and present creative ideas to senior stakeholders. The role covers digital and physical channels and keeps quality control and brand consistency in mind.

Key responsibilities

• Define the visual and narrative vision for the brand, campaigns, digital assets and brand identity across all markets
• Develop member and sales campaign concepts across digital and physical channels
• Build a consistent global brand world while respecting local nuance in active markets
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand goals and artistic quality
• Keep marketing content on-brand and aligned with the elevated lifestyle and wellness positioning
• Guide a small team of designers, give supportive feedback and foster creativity
• Use AI tools strategically within the creative process

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agency or in-house creative roles in lifestyle, fitness and wellness, hospitality or e-commerce
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications or a related field
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and give constructive feedback to a creative team
• Body of work showing both conceptual thinking and commercial impact

Required skills

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design trends, UX and branding principles
• Understanding of multichannel distribution, including Instagram, email, app and paid media
