Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will promote Beans & Bar Coffee Academy’s training programmes, generate new leads and convert enquiries into enrolments. Working on‑site in Abu Dhabi, you will support both digital and face‑to‑face outreach to attract learners from the café and hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote academy courses through calls, messages, emails and in‑person consultations.
• Manage and grow the academy’s social media channels and support digital campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities with cafés, hotels and educational partners.
• Maintain accurate prospect and student records and prepare basic sales and marketing reports.
• Assist in organising events, workshops and open‑house visits.
• Ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and trainees.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑relationship skills, including lead generation, follow‑up and enrolment conversion.
• Experience in marketing or digital promotion, such as social media management and basic content creation.
• Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to engage diverse learners and partners.
• Organisational abilities for record‑keeping, scheduling and reporting.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer service, preferably in education, training, hospitality or retail.
• Interest or knowledge of coffee, barista training and the UAE café/hospitality industry.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate within a small, fast‑paced team.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
