Sales & Marketing Executive - Logistics

About the role

FAL Freight Broker LLC is a growing logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai. They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and achieve consistent monthly sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire new customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into actual business.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or transportation.
• Established network and actual experience within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE logistics and transportation sector.
• Demonstrated ability to bring in new customers and generate monthly sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong existing client network is a major advantage.
