Sales Representative - Commercial Portfolio, Dubai

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Sales Representative to join its Commercial Portfolio team in Dubai. You will execute in-field commercial strategies for priority brands, build relationships with healthcare professionals and deliver compliant, high-quality customer engagement that supports patient access and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ICE field execution framework: segment customers, apply value-based targeting, deliver personalized omnichannel engagement, follow data-driven call plans and ensure timely visit documentation.
• Deliver compliant, high-impact engagement using approved brand messaging and digital tools, and improve execution through coaching and performance insights.
• Act as a trusted therapeutic area commercial partner to healthcare professionals, explaining clinical data, evidence and appropriate product use.
• Use technology enablement tools such as "next best action" proposals to strengthen engagement.
• Collect, interpret and share field insights on best practices, customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity and territory priorities.
• Take part in local events, meetings and promotional activities in line with governance standards.
• Work with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access and Execution Excellence partners.

Required profile

• Degree or education in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of successful performance.
• Solid experience in the UAE market is preferred.
• Experience successfully managing and engaging therapeutic area members.
