Sales Specialist - Bicycle Retail

About the role

Wolfi's is building a pool of enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Specialists to drive sales in its fast-paced bicycle stores in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a passion for cycling, a deep understanding of the bicycle industry and a proven sales track record, with excellent communication skills, a hospitality mindset and the ability to work well in a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Stay up to date with product features, advantages and benefits.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, ideally in the bicycle industry.
• Ideal candidate is a passionate cyclist or enthusiast who enjoys connecting people to the right gear.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, confident communicator with a high sense of accountability and attention to detail.
