Sales Specialist – Healthcare Products (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to promote and grow our medical, aesthetic and dermatology product portfolio across the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will combine strong product knowledge with proven sales techniques to engage doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and develop assigned products within the designated territory or customer segment.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for doctors, dermatologists, clinics and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide accurate product information, respond to queries and support product launches and promotional events.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, visit reports and sales forecasts in the company CRM system.
• Support payment collection and follow‑up on outstanding accounts when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, aesthetic or healthcare product promotion.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Experience working with clinics, hospitals, doctors, dermatologists or pharmacies is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
