Sales Supervisor - Bottled Water Distribution

About the role

This position supervises field sales operations for Bisleri's bottled water products, both 5-gallon and PET packs, in Dubai. It covers sales targets, market coverage, merchandising execution and team performance in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B and retail segments.
• Monitor daily operations, deliveries and product placement in residential, HORECA and retail locations.
• Build client relationships with households, offices, construction sites and retail stores.
• Track sales performance, spot new business opportunities and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.
• Ensure on-shelf visibility, planogram compliance and promotional execution in retail outlets.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement and route planning.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners on stock availability and route efficiency.
• Ensure sales activities comply with trade, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales in the UAE market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams across multiple locations.
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer and retail landscape, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools and merchandising software is preferred.
