Sales Supervisor – RX Plus

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a dedicated sales team in Dubai, driving revenue and growth for RX Plus’s compounding pharmacy services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities and set clear performance goals for the team.
• Monitor key metrics, analyse market trends and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Manage customer accounts, ensure high‑quality service and build long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contribute to training initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong team‑management and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid analytical capability to interpret sales data.
• Experience in sales supervision within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and other office software.
