Sales Support Officer

About the role

United Diesel is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to provide operational and administrative assistance to the sales function. The role ensures smooth coordination between sales, procurement, logistics and customer service, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales documentation, quotations, tenders and handle body‑fitment queries.
• Manage walk‑in customers and inbound enquiries, assign leads and follow up for timely responses.
• Submit government tenders via e‑government portals after coordinating with BDMs and the Sales Manager.
• Monitor tender portals for new opportunities and notify the sales team.
• Coordinate with bodybuilders for trailer and vehicle body quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders, oversee customs clearance, yard management, logistics and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of sales and operational documents.
• Review sales deal documentation and invoices for accuracy.
• Liaise with banks on purchase orders and financing documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on quotation activity, lost sales analysis, market intelligence and KPI monitoring.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics or commercial administration (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Excellent organizational, communication and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
