SAP Case Management Functional Consultant

About the role

The SAP Case Management Functional Consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, testing, training and post‑go‑live support of SAP Case Management and related SAP solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP functional designs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement SAP Case Management and NetWeaver Folder Management across implementation, enhancement and support phases.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and review business process documentation, blueprints and solution design documents.
• Configure SAP solutions based on approved designs and execute unit, system, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Identify customisation needs and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Support workflow, forms, Fiori, integration and API functional requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, issue logs and training materials.
• Deliver key‑user training, create manuals and ensure smooth hand‑over to support teams.
• Monitor scope, deliverables and timelines, and provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Business Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 5 full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Case Management or SAP Record Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology, functional design, configuration, testing, training and support.
• Preferred experience in government/public‑sector processes and with SAP touchpoints such as SD, Billing, FICO, Workflow and SAP BTP.
