SAP VSS Sales Consultant - Automotive

About the role

An experienced SAP VSS Sales Consultant is sought to lead the design, implementation and support of vehicle sales processes within SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions. The consultant delivers end-to-end vehicle sales functionality, from lead to order, vehicle availability, pricing, order processing, billing and delivery, coordinating with business stakeholders, implementation partners and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP VSS sales processes and define and document To-Be process flows for lead to order, vehicle availability, pricing, order processing, billing and delivery
• Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, and support process optimization and standardization
• Configure SAP VSS/DBM sales functionalities, including vehicle master data, sales orders, pricing procedures, availability checks, campaigns and promotions, and integrate with SAP SD, MM and FI modules and Fiori apps
• Manage integrations with Salesforce CRM, dealer management systems, payment gateways, DocuSign and other platforms, defining data flows and interface mappings
• Drive SIT and UAT, test case preparation, defect management, business validation, data migration and cutover planning, and provide hypercare after go-live
• Coordinate with implementation partners such as Proaxia and Salesforce vendors, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and dependencies
• Maintain functional documentation, test scenarios and results, and support issue tracking and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Strong expertise in automotive sales processes and SAP VSS/DBM solutions
• Experience in complex, multi-system transformation programs
• Ability to coordinate with program leadership, SAP functional and technical teams and external partners
