About the role

Poja School is seeking a School Administrator to support daily administrative operations in its Al Nahda campus, Dubai. The role ensures smooth coordination among staff, students, parents, and management while offering opportunities for professional training and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between teachers, students, parents, and senior management.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, and scheduling systems.
• Assist in organising school events, meetings and parent‑teacher interactions.
• Provide a friendly, professional point of contact for visitors and inquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in school administration or a similar administrative role (preferred, but freshers may be considered).
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural school environment.
• Professional and courteous attitude.
