School Receptionist – Front Desk Support

About the role

Poja School is looking for a friendly and professional School Receptionist to join its Al Nahda campus in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front‑desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
• Provide assistance and information to students, parents, and staff.
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate access to the school premises.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling inquiries.
• Support the school’s administrative team with scheduling and correspondence.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable appearance.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle administrative duties and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Friendly, service‑oriented attitude; fresh graduates may be considered.
