Schools Programme Unit Head

About the role

A large public sector organisation based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Schools Programme Unit Head to oversee the management and delivery of initiatives that engage educational institutions. The role leads and shapes strategic educational programmes and requires strong leadership and organisational skills. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of school engagement programmes from K-12.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme success.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Ensure programmes align with organisational goals and public sector requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on programme performance to senior management.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently for programme delivery.
• Oversee a team so that objectives are achieved within set timelines.
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in educational engagement within the public sector.

• Strong educational background in a relevant field.
• Experience in programme management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results.
• Knowledge of public sector operations and educational frameworks.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 324,000 to AED 396,000 per year.
