About the role

Homex Properties is urgently hiring experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants for its real estate team in Dubai. The role is full-time and suits people who enjoy real estate, want to achieve sales targets and wish to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling secondary market properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.
• Generate business opportunities and turn qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Stay up to date on Dubai's real estate market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in the secondary market.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset, target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to build client relationships and close property transactions.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage; knowledge of Dubai's property market is also an advantage.
