Secondary Market Specialist (Meydan, Dubai Hills & Dubai South)

About the role

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across the off-plan and secondary markets. It provides agents with practical sales and marketing support. The company is looking for a results-driven Property Consultant with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market and the ability to turn leads into clients and transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market, particularly Meydan, Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai South.
• Experience in ready-property sales, resale transactions and listing acquisition.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert leads into clients.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
