Security Engineer - Cloud, Endpoints and Products

About the role

Analog, which builds robots, live spatial intelligence and an AI agent, is looking for a hands-on security engineer to join a team of around 70 people in Abu Dhabi while the foundations are still being laid. The role covers cloud, endpoints and the products themselves, including robots and AI systems, working directly with the engineers who ship the code.

Key responsibilities

• Secure the cloud security posture and harden Azure environments
• Manage identity and access governance: Entra ID, privileged access, and access reviews
• Oversee vulnerability management and patching
• Run security monitoring, alerting and incident response
• Integrate DevSecOps into CI/CD: code, dependency, container and secrets scanning
• Handle endpoint security and device compliance
• Carry out third-party and vendor security reviews
• Support compliance and audit readiness, coordinate penetration tests and run security awareness training

Required profile

• A hands-on person who finds problems, plans actions, does the work and closes them, with no approval chain between finding and deployment
• Ability to explain risk to non-security colleagues
• Experience adding security into CI/CD pipelines

Required skills

• Hands-on experience securing Azure environments
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (Entra ID or similar)
• Practical vulnerability management and incident response
• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes
