About the role
Join the hotel team as a Security Officer, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property while delivering the warm hospitality experience the brand is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety risks and undesirable conditions.
- Assist with preliminary incident investigations, gather information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
- Respond to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Provide professional assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
