Senior 3D Artist

About the role

Hypemasters is seeking a Senior 3D Artist to lead the visual quality and artistic direction of 3D assets for its Unity‑based mobile strategy game. You will shape the look and feel of the game while ensuring assets are optimized for mobile performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 3D assets—including environments, props, and vehicles—that match the artistic vision.
• Own the full asset pipeline from concept, modeling, and texturing to in‑engine implementation.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to integrate assets seamlessly.
• Maintain visual consistency and high standards across all in‑game assets.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists.
• Optimize assets for mobile platforms, balancing fidelity with performance constraints.
• Contribute to the evolution of the game’s visual style and direction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist.
• Proven track record on at least one shipped mobile game title.
• Strong portfolio showcasing environments, props, or vehicles for games.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, iterative development environment.
