Senior Account Executive – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of client social media programmes. You will work closely with Account Managers and act as the daily liaison between the agency and assigned clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in executing social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Develop, schedule and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.
• Provide live social media coverage for client events, capturing, editing and posting real‑time updates.
• Monitor channel performance, trends and competitor activity to deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with analysis and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media execution, preferably within an agency.
• Minimum 1 year managing social media for governmental or public‑sector clients.
• Strong understanding of social media channels, analytics and content formats.
• Excellent Arabic and English written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate cross‑functionally.
