Senior Account Manager

About the role

Equiti is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Retail Sales team in Sharjah. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, engaging prospective and existing clients through phone calls, face‑to‑face meetings and events, while contributing to the growth of Equiti Securities’ client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new relationships with High Net‑Worth individuals and partners across multiple channels.
• Convert leads into active clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Achieve sales targets by showcasing Equiti’s unique market knowledge and service offering.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for market and trading queries.
• Plan and execute client events and provide training on financial assets and trading platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations and development to support projects.
• Complete required training and development objectives within set timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a client‑facing role serving high‑net‑worth clients in the FX industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with a self‑motivated, well‑organized approach.

Required skills

• In‑depth product knowledge of FX, equities, CFDs and related financial instruments.
• Proficiency in sales planning and management of direct, indirect and alternative sales channels.
