Senior Accountant - Community Management

About the role

A senior Accountant is sought by Elite Community Management LLC, advertised by Arman Building Maintenance, based in Dubai. The role covers day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, project audits and supplier payments within community management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting entries and update Mollak receipts daily, allocating and reconciling collections.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies quickly and resolve them.
• Maintain and reconcile the Chiller Account, including receipts, payments and outstanding balances.
• Manage the audit process for all projects independently, including interim, final and budget audits, coordinating documentation and closing audit queries on time.
• Process supplier payments on time according to ageing analysis and payment priorities, in line with RERA guidelines and through the designated escrow account.

Required profile

• Good knowledge and experience in community management accounting.
• Minimum qualification: BCom.

Required skills

• Thorough knowledge of the Mollak system and ANACITY software.
• Understanding of escrow accounts and their accounting functions.

Salary budget: 5,500-6,000.
