Senior Accountant - Healthcare

About the role

Sanchicago is looking for a qualified Senior Accountant to join its newest medical center branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position is full time and on site, and suits a detail-oriented professional who can manage accounting functions in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate has previous accounting experience in a medical center, clinic or hospital and a strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and accounting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and related financial requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial data using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Support finance-related activities and keep accounting records accurate.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
• Experience in a medical center, clinic or hospital is required.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
