About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a leading business‑setup firm in Dubai Media City. The role involves overseeing the full accounting cycle and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our corporate services clients.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage the monthly closing process.
- Prepare accurate profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable, supplier payments and related reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger, including accruals, pre‑payments and month‑end adjustments.
- Perform strong reconciliation and financial‑control activities.
- Take ownership of the accounting function and work autonomously.
Required profile
- Strong accounting background with experience in the UAE business‑setup or corporate services industry.
- Mandatory UAE experience.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for accounting tasks.
