Senior Accountant

About the role

Technopower Group is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead daily accounting operations in Sharjah. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, manages cash flow, and supports audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions and verify accurate ledger postings for all transactions.
• Prepare complete financial statements, balance reconciliations and management accounting reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable pipelines and routine cash‑flow operations.
• Monitor operational budgets, analyse expense trends and track overall financial performance.
• Conduct period‑end closing activities, perform account reconciliations and support audit preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong background in general accounting, financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising transaction recording and enforcing internal control procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with financial control frameworks.
• Experience using reporting platforms and spreadsheet tools.
• Hands‑on skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash‑flow management.
