Senior AI Platform Engineer

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate large‑language‑model (LLM) powered platforms and AI infrastructure. You will work on cutting‑edge generative AI services, agent‑based systems, and reusable developer tooling.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in backend, platform, or applied AI engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Python programming, including building SDKs, APIs, and reusable packages.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent/workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, tool integration, memory, and agent workflows.
• Design and implementation of microservices, asynchronous processing patterns, scalable distributed systems, and APIs.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, automated testing, code review, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, evaluation, and performance management for AI systems.
