About the role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Operations Business Systems to support Above‑the‑Wing airport operations by leveraging AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation. The role focuses on enhancing passenger flow, operational efficiency, and decision‑making within a high‑throughput aviation environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate operational requirements into analytical and automated solutions.
- Prepare clear requirements documentation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with airport‑wide stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment.
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery from definition through validation and UAT.
Required profile
- Strong background in Airport Operations Systems / ACDM.
- Experience in AI/ML adoption, video analytics, and automation.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and presentations.
- Exposure to high‑throughput environments such as aviation or large‑scale operations.
