Senior Architect / Technical Engineer

About the role

Exeed National General Contracting is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer / Technical Engineer to join its construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, design knowledge and hands-on experience in GCC construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and develop architectural and technical designs in line with project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and company standards
• Manage technical documentation, drawings and submittals
• Provide technical support during project execution
• Monitor project progress and resolve design or technical issues
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
• GCC experience is required
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in design and technical software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Preferred: project management experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and experience on large-scale construction projects
