Senior Art Director (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an innovative Senior Art Director to lead the creative vision for brand narratives, integrated campaigns and experience‑led concepts across a diverse portfolio of events and projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the overall creative vision, standards and philosophy across all projects.
• Develop innovative concepts, campaign platforms and brand experiences that drive audience engagement and business impact.
• Lead end‑to‑end creative development for campaigns, brand identities, event concepts and experiential environments.
• Manage cross‑functional collaboration with designers, copywriters, strategists, production teams and external partners.
• Ensure creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality, innovation and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative leadership within agencies, branding or experiential firms.
• Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns, brand development and large‑scale creative initiatives.
• Experience working on events, exhibitions, conferences or immersive brand environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
