About the role
Assist in structuring, executing and originating Debt Capital Market transactions within Mashreq's Investment Banking division, with a focus on the CIS and Caucasus regions.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior team members with pitch pipelines, client pricing updates, and weekly internal/external updates.
- Monitor market dynamics and news in real time to inform clients.
- Maintain and provide data for issuance statistics, league tables, and other DCM metrics.
- Prepare DCM documentation and coordinate with external resources to produce high‑quality offering circulars.
- Assist the DCM Head and Investment Banking Head in preparing internal pitches and related materials.
Required profile
- Solid quantitative and presentation skills.
- Proactive, energetic personality with ability to multitask across development and execution.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Investment Banking, preferably in Debt Capital Markets.
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Turkish) are advantageous.
