Senior Associate Director – Priority Banking

About the role

The Senior Associate Director – Priority Banking will lead revenue generation and business development initiatives for the bank's high‑net‑worth client segment in Dubai. This senior position drives the digital agenda, acquisition strategy and cross‑sell targets while ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new priority customers and achieve volume, revenue and product‑mix targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing high‑net‑worth clients to increase share of wallet and reduce attrition.
• Lead sales call plans, manage prospect pipelines and ensure coverage of the customer base according to approved contact plans.
• Oversee accurate reporting, MIS updates, and activation of dormant accounts.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards, data confidentiality and internal risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and champion a culture of high performance.
• Provide coaching, training and succession planning for the team, collaborating with risk and control partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in priority banking, wealth management or similar high‑value client segments.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, acquisition and cross‑sell targets.
• Ability to build deep client relationships and manage complex portfolios.
• Leadership skills to set tone, develop talent and ensure compliance across the team.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
