Senior Associate - Loyalty Operations

About the role

The Senior Associate – Loyalty Operations will be based in Dubai and work within Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail ecosystem. Reporting to the Loyalty Operations Manager, the role supports the design, execution and optimisation of loyalty programmes that drive customer engagement across the Group’s portfolio of fashion, beauty, jewellery and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day administration of loyalty initiatives, including enrolment, reward fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with store, e‑commerce and marketing teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences for loyalty members.
• Monitor programme performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support the development of targeted loyalty campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Business, Marketing or related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in loyalty programme management, retail operations or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
