Senior Associate - Procurement

About the role

A client of Manpower Middle East is looking for a Procurement Senior Associate to source goods and services that meet business end-user needs on time, within budget, with the right quality and specifications, while following approved procurement policies and procedures. The role covers RFQ/RFP support, supplier engagement, bid management, purchase orders, contract agreements and procurement reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQ/RFP processes with vendors, monitor progress and coordinate with business units to obtain bids, proposals and quotations within deadlines.
• Support bid openings with business end users and Finance, submit bids and proposals for technical and commercial evaluation, and consolidate evaluation reports and scores.
• Negotiate supplier prices when required, under the guidance of the Associate Principal – Procurement and/or the Person In Charge – Procurement.
• Monitor the execution of Purchase Orders, Contract Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators with business end users and Legal.
• Ensure the terms, conditions and relevant clauses are accurately incorporated into Purchase Orders and Contract Agreements, working with Risk and Legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the banking sector or financial services industry.
• Experience dealing with suppliers.
• Knowledge of commercial agreements and business frameworks.
