Senior Audit & Assurance – Dubai

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Audit & Assurance professional to join its Dubai team. You will work with a diverse client base, delivering high‑quality audit services while upholding Deloitte’s values of integrity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with stakeholders by understanding their service expectations and delivering tailored audit solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality audit services, applying practical knowledge of regulation and risk management to business processes and controls.
• Prepare and adapt referral instructions, clearly defining audit scope and focus areas.
• Liaise with onshore and offshore Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and complete information exchange.
• Track deliverables from component auditors and integrate findings into the overall audit file.
• Articulate audit quality milestones and demonstrate how they contribute to overall audit quality.
• Understand audit plan timings and proactively challenge assumptions when appropriate.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in audit or assurance with a strong understanding of regulatory and risk environments.
• Ability to interpret stakeholder expectations and translate them into actionable audit procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with global teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering complete and accurate audit documentation.
