Senior Business Development Manager - Healthcare

About the role

SIMS Home Healthcare Center is looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in the UAE healthcare industry, particularly in home healthcare, medical services, hospitals, clinics or healthcare networks. The role focuses on generating healthcare business, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth in the UAE market. It is strictly for candidates with relevant healthcare industry experience; applicants without healthcare business development experience will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance companies, corporate clients, medical centers and other healthcare providers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate contracts, referral partnerships and healthcare service agreements.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Develop partnerships promoting home healthcare services such as nursing care, doctor-on-call services and IV therapy.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors and growth areas.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and meetings to negotiations, agreements and client acquisition.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain a strong professional network within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, new partnerships and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare business development in the UAE.
• Background in home healthcare, medical services, hospitals, clinics or healthcare networks.
• Experience generating business, building partnerships and acquiring new clients.
