Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Bayut.com, a leading online real‑estate platform in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify, develop and convert high‑value new business opportunities across the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop high‑value opportunities through networking, market intelligence and targeted prospecting.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract completion.
• Develop relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors and senior decision‑makers in real‑estate organisations.
• Use website analytics, audience data and market insights to demonstrate commercial value.
• Prepare evidence‑based business cases and negotiate multi‑stakeholder agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide forecasting and ensure smooth handover of new customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real‑estate, prop‑tech, digital advertising, SaaS or media sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent commercial experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value, long‑cycle opportunities with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience with consultative, value‑based selling and pipeline management.
• Understanding of digital advertising, website analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
