Senior Civil Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Civil Supervisor will lead civil maintenance services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, HSE standards, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily civil maintenance activities, allocate service requests, and supervise a team of ~25 personnel.
• Monitor service request status, conduct site inspections, and ensure works meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage material consumption, stock records, and liaise with subcontractors for specialized tasks.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and support billing and payment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of civil maintenance experience, preferably in high‑rise or commercial buildings.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the GCC, especially the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred; relevant certifications in facilities management, HSE, or quality management are a plus.

Required skills

• Masonry, carpentry, painting, false ceiling installation, waterproofing, glass works, steel works, aluminium panel works.
• Ability to estimate civil maintenance works, calculate material quantities, and assess manpower requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
