Senior Client Services Specialist

About the role

The Senior Client Services Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal resources, monitoring service commitments, and ensuring client requirements are met accurately and efficiently. This remote position supports the organization’s construction projects by strengthening stakeholder relationships and improving service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client service activities, maintain professional relationships, and serve as the main contact for inquiries, service requests, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are handled promptly, accurately, and consistently.
• Monitor service delivery against agreed service levels, project milestones, contractual requirements, and performance standards.
• Investigate complex client issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions, including managing escalated concerns.
• Prepare and deliver client communications, meeting summaries, reports, presentations, and progress summaries.
• Support onboarding of new clients, maintain updated client profiles, and ensure confidential handling of client information.
• Collect and analyze client feedback, conduct satisfaction assessments, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment with client expectations.
