Senior Construction Manager – Civil (High‑rise Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of landmark high‑rise developments across the UAE. The role involves overseeing all construction phases from mobilisation to handover, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high‑rise construction, from sub‑structure to super‑structure, finishes, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage advanced construction methodologies such as deep basements, post‑tension systems, jump‑form/climbing‑form systems and façade installation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Drive floor‑cycle performance, tower‑crane utilisation, vertical logistics, manpower productivity and resource optimisation.
• Oversee structural, architectural, façade, MEP interface and premium finishing works.
• Maintain full compliance with HSE, QA/QC, contractual requirements and UAE authority regulations.
• Proactively manage construction risks, technical challenges, stakeholder coordination and overall project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on high‑rise building projects.
• Proven experience with a Tier‑1 main contractor in the UAE/GCC.
• Successful delivery of 25+ storey high‑rise developments.
• Background in residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Extensive knowledge of high‑rise structural systems, formwork cycles, façade coordination, MEP interfaces, project controls and construction planning.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
