About the role
Guildhall School of Music and Drama is acting on behalf of the main contractor for a landmark super‑high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The Senior Construction Manager will lead construction management activities and ensure the successful delivery of this multi‑billion‑dollar programme.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all construction phases of a tower exceeding 300 m in height.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and design teams to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and client specifications.
- Report progress to senior stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 years of construction experience.
- Proven experience on high‑rise tower projects, preferably over 300 m.
- Background working for a main contractor.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
