Senior Construction/Installation Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction/Installation Manager to lead the PMC construction teams on a large‑scale oil & gas EPC project. The role ensures safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery while meeting HSSEQ and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction activities from FEED through EPC completion, ensuring constructability and compliance with HSSEQ and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise construction engineers, supervisors and contractors, reviewing procedures, method statements, and as‑built drawings.
• Monitor resource allocation, equipment/material delivery, and progress against the project schedule, reporting delays and corrective actions.
• Approve mechanical completion, ready‑for‑commissioning certificates, work packs and close‑out dossiers.
• Evaluate contractor claims, change orders and schedule extensions, providing recommendations for approval or rejection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 15 years of FEED/EPC execution experience in oil & gas or petrochemical, including 5 years in the GCC region.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar senior construction management role on mega FEED/EPC projects (>$1 billion), with offshore and brown‑field experience.
• Proven experience on ADNOC projects and strong knowledge of permit‑to‑work, mechanical completion and hand‑over processes.
