About the role

Tuscan Consulting is seeking a commercially sharp Senior Consultant to advise founders on the optimal UAE company structure. This revenue‑driven advisory position focuses on designing and negotiating business setup solutions while the operations team handles execution.

Key responsibilities

• Understand founder intent and business objectives.
• Advise on optimal UAE company structures (Mainland / Free Zone).
• Design commercially viable setup pathways.
• Negotiate and close mandates with clients.
• Own revenue and margin outcomes for engagements.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate internally with operations for seamless execution.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of UAE business setup consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of the UAE regulatory landscape and jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to close client mandates independently.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, accountable and results‑oriented working style.
