About the role
Mace is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management services for a landmark civil infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, covering external works, roads, utilities and bridges.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver cost management across all project phases, including feasibility studies, procurement strategy and contract execution.
- Lead discipline‑specific cost activities, apply value management techniques and produce final cost plans for stakeholders.
- Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle with monthly reporting and ensure compliance of contract documentation.
- Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net‑zero objectives.
Required profile
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership such as MRICS (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in the Middle East construction market.
