Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

PM Talent Partners is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives in Dubai. The role focuses on directing software delivery, SaaS platforms, e‑commerce solutions and large‑scale digital transformation programs across complex regional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross‑functional engineering squads, maintaining agile/hybrid delivery cadence and meeting project milestones.
• Establish program governance, manage technical risk and align engineering roadmaps with executive strategy.
• Present performance metrics and strategic updates to senior executives and boards.
• Mitigate delivery risks, resolve operational bottlenecks and optimise resource allocation across concurrent initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of technology and digital delivery experience in the GCC/UAE.
• Mandatory PMP and ICAgile certifications; product‑management qualifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise SaaS, government digital services and large‑scale transformation projects.

Required skills

• Expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture delivery.
• Program risk management and multi‑squad governance.
