Senior Design Architect – Themed Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead the creative vision for immersive themed environments, leisure attractions and experiential hospitality projects across the Middle East. You will shape narratives, guest journeys and placemaking concepts from initial sketch through to opening day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design for themed, leisure, hospitality and experiential projects.
• Develop design narratives, guest journeys and immersive placemaking strategies.
• Present concepts confidently to clients, operators and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate creative workshops and build compelling pitch decks.
• Collaborate with BIM, visualisation and delivery teams to protect design intent through construction.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong concept, storytelling and spatial creativity.
• Experience in themed entertainment, attractions, museums or experiential hospitality is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong presentation skills using InDesign and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape and Lumion.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools.
