Senior Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Development Manager – Real Estate will lead the end‑to‑end development process for our projects in Dubai, overseeing market analysis, feasibility studies and the coordination of design, approvals and construction. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and financial feasibility analyses for new development opportunities.
• Appoint and manage external consultants and design teams.
• Drive the design process, obtain necessary permits and handle legal matters.
• Oversee design cost control, tendering procedures and construction execution.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities and liaise with local and international stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management role within a recognized real‑estate or property development firm.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on management experience in residential, commercial, retail, entertainment or hospitality development.
