Senior Digital Channels & Communities Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Channels & Communities Specialist will create and manage digital content for both external and internal audiences, ensuring the company’s online platforms are current, engaging and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital content across the website, social media, intranet, digital screens and SMS tools.
• Maintain the corporate photo‑archive system and ensure graphics are readily available.
• Continuously update intranet and website content, verify links and publish timely information.
• Refresh digital screen kiosk advertisements and drive employee engagement on internal media channels.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse user behaviour and recommend improvements.
• Prepare news summaries, write and edit multimedia material and support graphic selection for publications.
• Research new digital growth opportunities and measure campaign ROI against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of digital content management experience in a large industrial or oil‑and‑gas environment.
• Strong visualisation and graphic design awareness with attention to detail.
• General understanding of programming concepts and IT system operations.
• Project and time‑management capabilities.
